Description:
Part 1 – Extreme weather has become commonplace – high winds, increased rainfall, intense snow and ice storms
– and our buildings are feeling the effects. This is the new reality of our changing climate. Discussion will cover how these
changes are accelerating the way buildings deteriorate and what to do about it.
Part 2 – Our changing climate has brought about higher risk of disaster striking your condominium property through flooding,
wind damage, and ice build-up. Unprepared communities and buildings can be devastated. Discussion will cover what happens
when the damage is done, and how you can hope for the best – but be prepared for the worst.

Part 2: Trish Size, WINMAR Property Restoration Specialists - London
Trish Size is a project manager to restoration throughout the insurance claim process with WINMAR in London. Her alliance with the condominium community spans condominium administration and management and risk management with a major insurance broker. She sits on the CCI London & Area Chapter Board of Directors since 2015 and serves as an Education Co-chairperson.
