| Location: | Pine Knot Golf & Country Club |
| Cost: | $125.00 per player (no HST required) (Includes 18 holes of Texas scramble golf, cart, lunch, Roast Sirloin of Beef dinner & fun!) |
| Time: | Registration table opens at 12:00 noon Shot Gun Start at 1:00 pm followed by dinner after the round |
Prize table donations are also gratefully accepted; please include a business card and/or company pamphlet to your donation so that you can be recognized as a contributor. Please email the CCI Administrator at ccisw@cci-sw.on.ca to arrange donation pickup.
