CCI Membership Category & Fees
Annual membership covers the period July 1st to July 30th

Individual
Membership shall be limited to any owner or occupant of a condominium, strata, or an equivalent corporation and any other person other than a person who would qualify as a professional member, interested in furthering the objects of the corporation. MEMBERS’ DISCOUNT APPLIES TO THE INDIVIDUAL OF RECORD ONLY.

Professional
A BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL AREA OF EXPERTISE WILL ASSIST THE ADMINISTRATOR WITH REFERRALS.

Professional members are those who derive a portion of their income from serving the condominium industry and are in professions as designated by the board of directors from time to time.
MEMBERS’ DISCOUNT APPLIES TO THE PROFESSIONAL MEMBER ONLY.

Sponsor
A BRIEF DESCRIPTION, OR A PRINTED BROCHURE, ABOUT YOUR COMPANY WILL ASSIST THE ADMINISTRATOR WITH REFERRALS.

Membership shall be limited to any corporation, (other than one that would qualify for condominium or professional membership), partnership, sole proprietorship, government agency, investment firm, lending institution, insurance company advertising company, development or construction firm or other business entity that is involved in the condominium industry. MEMBERS’ DISCOUNT APPLIES TO EMPLOYEES OF THE MEMBER RECORD.

A CONTACT PERSON, WHO IS AN EMPLOYEE OF THE SPONSOR COMPANY, IS REQUIRED.

Condominium Corporation
THE CONTACT PERSON WILL ADVISE CCI WHEN THERE ARE CHANGES TO THE CORPORATION’S BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Membership shall be limited to any condominium, strata or equivalent corporation registered or incorporated in accordance with the laws of any province or territory of Canada. MEMBERS’ DISCOUNT APPLIES TO ALL DIRECTORS AND OWNERS OF THE MEMBER CORPORATION.

A CONTACT PERSON, WHO IS A DIRECTOR OF THE CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION, IS REQUIRED.

THE SPONSOR & CONDOMINIUM CORPORATION CONTACT PERSON WILL RECEIVE THE ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL, A COPY OF THE CCI REVIEW NATIONAL EDITION TO SHARE WITH THEIR COLLEAGUES, AND A BULK MAILING OF THE CM MAGAZINE, A PUBLICATION OF THE ASSOCIATION OF CONDOMINIUM MANAGERS OF ONTARIO (ACMO).
